Finding Property Where You Want To Be

Recently in our Wisconsin Land blog we posted an article called Where Should I Purchase Land? One of the points was to check out tourism in the area before you buy and make sure you are near the things you want to do.

To help with trip planning BuyWisconsinLand.com has a Local Links page with both County and State Tourism sites - so you can check out what each area has to offer. And while you are planing your getaway, check out our listings near the area you wil be visiting. The Local Links page also has County and State Government sites, for more information on the area and services available.

A new tool we have available is a Land Value Averages chart which show an average for prices of land in some Wisconsin Counties over the last 3 years. This will give you a better idea of what area might be priced right for you.

Any questions? Feel free to drop us a line at property@buywisconsinland.com

Enjoy your getaway!
