Upcoming Fall Festivals

Looking for a fun filled Saturday filled with the wonders of autumn?  Check out these family friendly events on September 21st and plan for a great day.

The 54th Annual Colorama in St Germain includes a farmers market, craft show, and pumpkin painting. It's "the Original Colorama" held at St Germain Community Park 9AM to 3PM. See event poster Colorama

Cranberry Colorama  9AMto 3PM at the Manitowish Waters Community Center is a celebration of all things cranberry. Enjoy a "Taste of Harvest" from 11AM-2PM and then a free cranberry marsh tour or free fall color pontoon ride and more. See event info here Cranberry Colorama

The Changing Colors Ride and Oktoberfest is a chance to ride your bicycle through the beautiful fall trees.  Held at Soo Line Park in Amery from 2PM to Dusk there are games, music and stargazing. Group bike ride or hike at 3PM on Stower 7 Lakes Trail. Details here Changing Colors Ride

Another fun bicycle ride is the 14th Annual Lakes and Leaves Bike Ride. It begins and ends at Summit Lake Park in Summit Lake with four route lengths: 6, 18, 38 and 76 miles. Register here Lakes and Leaves Bike Ride

Enjoy the colors of the trees from a steam train.  The Fall Festival at the Lumberjack Special Steam Train and Camp Five Museum Complex in Laona includes Green Treasure Forest Tour, pumpkin patch, music, games, face painting, a marshmallow roast and fresh apple cider.  This event is held September 21st and September 28th.  Get more info on their website Lumberjack Special Steam Train
